Plato’s Playmates Terms and Conditions For Use of Website

I understand that by agreeing to advertise on Plato’s Playmates, I affirm that I am at least 18 years of age. That I am responsible for the all content pertaining to my ad. The pictures I have submitted are accurate, they are mine, they do not infringe upon any copyright laws, and at the time the pictures were taken, I was at least 18 years of age.
I understand that all new advertising, all changes, and updates must be submitted 48 hours prior to the ad being uploaded or edited. We reserve the right to apply a service charge of $25 if ads need to be edited more than once a month or billing cycle.
I understand that if payment of my advertising is not received within a timely manner, my ad will be temporarily taken off the site. Plato’s Playmates will not be responsible for ads that expire due to lack of payment.

I hereby authorize Plato’s Playmates, Inc. all associates and representatives, to publish my pictures and/or content that I am submitting for the sole purpose of advertising. I understand that Plato’s Playmates is simply accepting payment for my advertising and as such is an advertising agency and is in no way associated with any business that I may encounter from such. I also hereby transfer all copyright rights to Plato’s Playmates, Inc. and authorize them to pursue legal action against anybody who infringes on this copyright which is fully permissible by law. I agree to hold Plato’s Playmates, its successors, assigns, officers and directors, harmless from any liability arising from these pictures/content I have submitted, by any misrepresentation made.
